I would like to suggest an artifact that a player may use upon himself to eliminate all experience gains for a specific period of time (perhaps like the 20-minute Neural Interface). Personally I have a stack of energy cubes and tri-matrixes that I can't stand using as I end up wasting thousands of energy - even if I'm just doing missions. I know that many suggest base donations, but it just keeps going I donate 1k energy, get 1.1k exp which pushes me too far into the next xp bar and using a cube then leaves me with 1.4k extra energy, and the cycle continues. I think this artifact could be an npc drop or an 8k artifact pull item as far as distribution goes. |

Yes, but no. Yes, I would LOVE this. Can you imagine how much better this game would be if I could have an energy build AND slow rank at the same time? Equally, because of that it's rather overpowered. |

-1 to being from artifact draws +1 to some kind of npc drop Maybe have it only work on specific missions or npc's such as stellar cartography mission I would like it then because that way there wouldn't be a side effect to buying energy to make purgers which if I do to often can seriously mess up your account and make you really weak for your level. |
