Post subject:  Tactical Officers....
My idea is to make tactical officers part of the arti draw and also make a CTL item using them. And the CTL item could be alot similar to the velox thruster/aegis capacitor.

(insert name)
Special Module - Size:25 Attack:300, Attack Bonus:+5% (Limit 3 per ship)
100 Tactical Officers, 500 Crimson Obelisks

We already have Rescued Prisoners for tactical officers and engineers.

Well that's true, but would be good to have this CTL item. Perhaps 50 rescued prisoners(u can put up your tacticals with them) and 500 crimson obelisks.
