i hear a lot of high rankers complaining that they want new content
i am not opposed to this , but i would like to see the chances of finding elites/bosses increase as you reach higher ranks
perhaps +1% chance every 100 ranks ?
it just makes sense to me that more powerful ships with powerful technology would have a better chance at finding the tougher npc's
