Although I'm not all that gungho about kill/raid/hack stats, it does seem a bit skewed that hacks and raids have a higher level "reward" than disables. 3000 kills you get the Agricultural Engineer Medal and a John Deere Space Combine flying in formation. +5% Attack when attacking a PvP target.
