Dan it would be nice if your would alow us to have the new ship design show if we select it in the option tab.


I just finished killing my 500 crimson blade for the firestalker ship.... I selected it but when payers target me i am still showing up as a dark smuggler.

Is it possible to allow the design you select in settings to be the one that shows up..... I do not want to remove my smuggler chassis due to the beneficial attubutes it offers.

It would be nice if you modify this to be a selectable ship in the settings.... and allow the masking of your class and race...and the raiding ability to remain active from it when installed.

Similar issue has been posted before. I'm still on the side of "yes" for suggesting an on-off option in settings for dark smuggler's chassis. As this thread brings up, it's already causing one conflict with the content addition.

I agree with the original post in that I was hoping the design would show up everywhere, be it to enemys or allies, this has given me no incentive to get a desgin.

Np did not see or read the 90somthing post before......... I only come on here to post something when I see it. But at least other agree it should be able to use the ship of our choice.....

What does the design do? Does it just change the look of your ship or does it have a benefit?

Changes the look, no benefit.

If you dont show as the ship-design you selected, it kinda ruins the point of getting the designs.

We have just adjusted the ship image priority to address this.

If you have both a disguise AND a ship design active, the design image will now take priority, and you will keep the disguise's name and profession. If you would like to keep your disguise image, just turn off the ship design in your ship settings.

There is another issue with disguises. if the person with the disguise is in a legion, you can click the legion link, and look up what their race and profession is on the list of members.
Dont know if this is intentional though.

Perhaps the new ship rewards could have small bonuses given to them? I'm talking either very tiny or very specific, like the Atlas gives you +1% invasion attack or +(relatively small amount of invasion attack), or the Intruder gives you +3% attack when killing NPCs from the Sha'din faction.
