This is an unachievable medal for most people in the game. This is not because of the amount of research needed but because once you have completed your research and maxed out your CT-Lab, research contract does not count towards this; yes, I checked. I've been at 199,699,571 research since medals were given. Please add research contract to this so we can do this medal. |

Or got to a legion without a maxed out ct lab for a bit till you get the medal, but yes despite being nowhere near there, I agree, research contract should be added. |

I bet he put in this Medal planning to add more research tiers soon, so I bet it will be taken care of within the next couple months. |

Basically, your research would top out at 180,000,000. So you would need to give up 120,000,000 rp or 4,500,000,000,000 credits from the research contract. That is how much this medal is worth. |

Yeah, I'm just hoping for more research tiers. He mentioned that they were thinking of giving cool bonuses to any new tiers released, so perhaps it's pretty well in the works. |

Yup. I'm going broke trying to spend that much. The fact that dumping 36k research for each wasted shot at Eureka isn't helping my calm at all. Although I am looking forward to more tech. Prettiessssss... Although some of the tech might be hard to improve. +14s? Better Relays? better scanners? Serious game changers those. Even improvements on Obviators will change things up. |

Only the planet production and relays would be game changers as it is, everything else wouldn't be too crazy, unless it came with added effects like Dan mentioned at one point, but even those would probably be balanced. |

One more tier of base tech would probably be enough if ti scales at the same rate as it has so far. ![]() |

I think it's fine the way it is, new tech will be release eventually and at the moment I'd just need 1 month in a legion with an incomplete ct lab to get it, without any research apart from hourly. |

^^^ You don't count, you've the second highest research production I've seen (I think) I'd like new hull, or +15's |

quite a lot of people are on odd amounts, me included, the smallest amount of research is 200 for the very 1st tech right? |

Odd numbers are easy to get with decimals adding up and/or Rescued Scientists +5 Yeah, but if you've done all standard research then you shouldn't have an odd number, where are those extra 5 points exactly? No standard research ends with a 5 I don't think. |

Having all research completed with an odd total is...odd...then. ![]() |
