| Post subject: | Trade your Planetary Aegis for a permanent reward |
What if, at rank 300, an option opens up to trade your Planetary Aegis (the newbie shield you get at the beginning of the game) for some sort of permanent effect that always stays on your ship? As kind of a reward for not using the shield at all for that long. What the reward would be, I have no clue. |

Yeah, that would really screw over pretty much 99% of the players of the game. Also, I don't remember ever having a Planetary Aegis. |

Heck, I know a lot of people who still have their Planetary Aegis. This would be a use for someone who doesn't want to use theirs because there's only one. And a kind of reward for not using the newbie help you're given. |

No real point to this, if you haven't used your Aegis yet that's your (problem or props, pick one). An aegis does make a nice tool on a planet steal at high ranks, go and steal someone's nice 16x mega rich, with full passive bonuses up. Brick it up, and then Aegis it. No more need to use a Combat flux, by the time your aegis ends, you've probably had enough time to use a temporal flux. |

I'm just using mine as a coffee table~ same with my chron shifters, My quantum Crucible and my Sphere of then new Era's |

I still have mine and I don't think I'd use it even if my best planet was attacked. Maybe can become a rare one of a kind shield mod at rank 300. Your scientists have figured a way to transform your Planetary Aegis into a aegis shield size:20 shield:500 increases shield by 5% |
