how about a pre level up check-list that I could fill in myself to remind me to do things that i have learned are important before you level up, and indeed we need one for after you level up to, before you start playing again, like is your neural interface active, or berfore you level did you make sure all reactors are online and all relays are off and all power draining devices off line and so on....

There's is already too many are you sure you want to do this? are you completely positive? type of things in game already. If you forget this stuff you just either learn and remember next time or pay the price. If you really needed you could just write a checklist for yourself, but an in game one is not necessary.

No offense, but a check list is like asking the developers to hold your hand for you. No thanks. I would like a one button configuration change, and I wouldn't mind being able to set a single button "NPC HUNTING BUFF PACKAGE" up, but a checklist? seriously? No.
