I don't think there would be mono-part recipes, so I'd like to propose adding some traps to the recipe of surge n, it can be small quantities of the traps but a bit of each of KVT, Omni and firewall

If it is a buff, it largely overlap with crux, and the above suggested surge n will more or less take care of the imbalance of foci and obli
if it is a module... then the cost should be very big numbers, suggest ship bot and emp for its other parts.
