A new type of artifact that you can use on others in your legion to remove all there negative effects. Basically when there offline and getting spammed with artifacts then you use this on them and help protect them in some way. OR allow containment cages to be used on other members. |

if you can do this you should be able to rearm traps on there ships as well but sense you get no alert when people are being attacked not likely to stop people from killing a player. |
