Alright, so far, there are only 4 legion rules.
I propose this set be expanded to include specific details that some of the rules address, along with references to the actual legion and not the legion base.


Such as;


-Accepting and/or Declining members
-Allowing to view Officer Comm
-Allow to talk in Officer Comm
-Requesting and/or Accepting Treaties with other legions


Along those lines, perhaps something even more specific;

-Excluding certain base abilities to be activated by certain players or certain groups of players.


The list is small, feel free to add to it.
