Post subject:  Loss of Decks/New NPC

Why not a new high level npc that hits so hard it destroys decks and or cargo? Gives uses for ship bots again.

For rank 700+

Drannik ship 3 ships
Rank 1500
Has 25k attack 40k defense
200k shields 500k hull

Rewards are
New core size 15 + 100 energy
Planet trap- When activated the planet will gain 5k defense and attack lasts 12 hrs
Base Upgrade +50 defense and option to change the image to something other than the hyperport

Abilities
Disassembly: causes loss of a deck


Stryll one too
12 ships
rank 1k
30k attack 50k def
1.2M shields 2.4M hull

rewards
stryll prisoners
stryll scanner size 20 + 140 scan


abilities
stryll disruption -30% 30 mins
Crushing blow -10 cargo

+1 but do they have 20 slots something they seem a little over powered and have 2 week lasting

Anyone that had low decks or cargo wouldn't hit those. Destroying decks is a bad idea any high lvl player could just destroy decks making the damage cap low on the ship. Oh and as for myself I would just rather buy something with them that would make my ship better still hoping on that. I do like the idea of not being forced to see the hyper port.

They are limited to the high ranks any way, I am assuming at that point they have enough artifact production to compensate. Would reducing 1-2 decks at a time be worth dropping large modules to save on damage cap be worth it?

As someone who largely couldn't care less when he's disabled (and I'm over 700)... Meh. I need my decks. Damage cap is meaningless to me. The only time I care about it is when I'm NPCing and someone hits me. At which point I spend the paltry sum of 200m to repair myself or use one of the several hundred nanos I've got in my cargo. weee, that took 3 seconds.
