My idea was that when you scan a base, there's an option to lock on it. I was thinking that there could be an option where you could perform a base production espionage. Here's how it would work:
1. You target the base 2. You decide to perform espionage on the targeted base 3. Every time the base gets production, you automatically collect 0.1% of it.
The higher your cloak the less likely you'll be discovered. The base will perform a synchronization scan and if you're caught on it's sensors you'll be warned that you've been discovered, and the legion will be able to target you until you leave the base. Once you've been discovered you can not collect anymore production.
What do you think?

i assume you can't be pacified while doing this... but even if you aren't pacified, unless extreme bad luck hits you and you get crit hacked, the worst that could happen appears to be get zeroed, which is really a TINY punishment for 0.1% of the base production unless you happen to be PvPing and got ur actions up.
And that's if you are caught.
The basic concept have potential, but needs to be balanced better

i think this could use the same model as the red badge - base lock, but using blues instead (more, of course) to scan.
for the duration of the 'hack' lock, you can hack away. if you are still hack-locked at the time of the next production, and surpass a certain hack-level (based on the base lvl and potentially new base structures), you will get a percentage of the next production AS IF YOU WERE A LOYAL MEMBER.
legions can prevent this by keeping full ranks. the other wrinkle may be that the hacker can be targeted and 'hacked' back by the defending legion, to decrement their chance to succeed. also, if there is say, only a 12-hour hack window, you will have to time your hack-lock so that your lock coincides with the base production time.

I like the basic idea. but disagree with needing to be locked on when they get their production. it would need a cool down timer of 10-12 hours though i think.. since your getting much better loot then from a standard disable.

.1% is next to nothing from even the highest level Bases.
