The "Back on your feet, Soldier" medal says it will give you the passive ability: Improved Repair: Each time you repair a legion member, that member gains a temporary 10% hull bonus.

Is there anyway this could be shown visually?

Since it is not linked to another ability, could you add it to the ability page (maybe with a counter so we know it is working), at the bottom of course?

Also, could it be noted on your legion mates repair page? Instead of saying "Repair Ally", change it to "Improved Ally Repair".

The buff it applies is very visual, just as any other buff (it shows on the "effects" tab of the repaired ship, lasts 2 hours if I remember correctly).

Ahhh. It wasn't showing up for me. Turns out you have to refresh your ally to see it (even though repair should probably do that).

Still think the other things should be added.
