New Idea for an Artifact: The basic idea is that when a planet gets a temporary beneficial effect, such as Ultra-Pure Deposits, this artifact will make it permanent.

Just a random idea that popped into my head, maybe Dan will work it in to one of his cool new mission chains.

I can't think of many planets and effects I'd want to use it on right now but it's an interesting idea.

Well there already is planetary rings 20% production so + that will be really over powered

You can't get any more natural affects when you have the rings on if I am correct. If not then just make it so it can't be used on a planet with a permanent effect already on it.

You can get temporary, and even random permanent events after using a transfuser.

Theres no limit to the number of random effects you can have on a planet. Its just the chances of getting multiple permanent effects on one planets is very very small.
