I dont have specifics, But i have noticed here lately that when i level i end up wasting close to 400+ energy. And we have arts such as the RSL implant and the Neurals that increase the amount of exp gained from things. So why not add an art that takes away exp gained. if its offensive then have it as a group pack that does negative recharge Energy/shield & exp - 10-25%, last for 4 hours, can not be removed by artifacts. If its passive ( as in someone can use it on themselves ) then exp gained - 25-50%.

This way the offensive form is truly offensive, and the passive form benefits a player who wants to get the most for their E.

Again with this? Well, I suppose it HAS been more than 3 days since someone suggested an anti-neural interface type artifact....

Sorry this is the first i have been on the forums in a while. but i figure there are going to be plenty of ppl who complain that they dont want another art thrown into their art pull, and that they dont want another npc. So i choose to ignore them and post it as an idea. simply that.

I think people like the idea of new npc's freshen things up a bit as to the idea a -1.

Well why does it matter if you waste energy by not using it or getting less xp from it?

If you normally get 2.5 xp/energy, and with this arti, say you get 2 xp/energy, you are still wasting energy. You're using it, but getting less xp per energy.

Whether you use the extra energy or not won't matter. Or, you could always donate it to your legion's base (that's what I did until I switched legions-now I don't have the research to upgrade the base)

Yeah but you do know how frustrating it is to be 100-200xp from levelling right?

do you know how stupid you are to just WASTE the energy... dump it into your base.. if you dont have a base, use as much as possible on a higher level mission... if you dont have those, then take your relays off and you wont recharge as much, and then you wont have 'extra'... there are SIMPLE solutions that you haven't looked at. if none of those appeal to you, come on the forums and suggest something that will never ever get implemented.

1. I am part of a legion that is now to high for me to donate to.
2. This are would allow a person to do a mission that takes say 210 energy and gives 450 xp, to do the mission and get 337.5 xp at -25%. that extra xp that your not getting and the additional energy you are still having will balance out by allowing a person to do an additional mission. 4 missions worth 3, but you still are able to continue working on your missions.

Again its just a suggestion for the devs to think on.. iba the forum world is filling up fast with trolls who think others are ignorant. i have thought threw my options and this just seems like a good idea. So if any Dev has an input i would love to hear what THEY say.

its a suggestion thats been brought up as darth said, every 3rd day... sure you havent been on the forums in a while, you said so, but theres a handy feature that searches for things... possibly exactly what your idea is.. try it out, see how many threads come up

It wouldn't be a waste of energy. It would still do the same thing, you just wouldn't get the XP from it. Also, watch who you are calling stupid. It's rude.
