Post subject:  Time Manip Restrictions

"Cannot be used. You have performed too many offensive actions in the last 24 hours." This needs to change. My legion and I are in a war atm and it's annoying and boring not being able to use them. I understand why there's a restriction on them but instead of the 50 offensive actions within the last 24hours i'd prefer it to go to 100 in 24 hours or a maximum of 50 time manips used in 24 hours.

Agreed. It's really tough to zero a legion when you are forced to raid/hack every 15 minutes

+1, 50 Actions is way too little for PvP/Base/Npc. No Restrictions should do the job.

No restrictions would be optimum. But the restriction has to go up atleast

Because Mento would zero the Dyso, GP and PotC daily if there was none. But yes please I am not a fan of these 50 actions limit, 100-200 would be a nice change and PLEASE add a action counter

even with the limit, you can zero a non-PvP player and it's no big deal
and for ppl that does PvP, whose fault is it that the guy get actioned a couple hundred times?

That's why I don't see the point of the limit~

Use your imagination.

You are in a low level legion. Someone alerts you and a high rank hits you so you alert them. 5-6 of your legionmates take him down. he zero's all of them, then more of your legionmates hit him and now he zeros most of your legion.

Even with all the actions he accumulates it is not equal, because actions do not go up linearly with the offensive actions you do.

That being said the 1 should not win against 100 people...that is just imbalanced, but he should be able to put up a good fight. Not being able to zero someone who has 50 of each actions seems ridiculous.

And why not?

If those lower ranking members are dumb enough to act up on the higher ranking members log so be it..The higher ranking members obviously have worked hard to get where they are at just so they can have noobs or multies act up on thier log..

+10 this is a great idea.. it has come up in the past many times but it wont be even looked at by the developers..

okay let's go to the extreme case of Mento versus the legions he declared war on. do you think he should be able to zero all of them? They are not low ranks, they have worked hard to get where they are. Are you saying because he managed to out spend and bid everyone in the galaxy that he should be able to hold EVERYONE under his thumb? It keeps the game balanced, some restrictions are needed, the way it is now it too tight, but there should be some.

Exactlly my point.. If something possesed you to get on his log you know what is coming and if not you will find out..Mento has worked hard to get where he is at right now he even takes on lvl 5 bases on his own..is that fair? or balanced...why cant he take on a whole legion.. Its simple stay off his log and ur gameing days will be more plesant.. as for noobs they will find out the hard way.. welcome to the big legues and hope you have a good day..

It's kind of hard for half of those ~180 people to stay off Mento's logs when they are a majority of the people that can show up on his BT. I've nothing against Mento, great player, and yes... He has worked hard to get where he is now. But with unrestricted TM usage, those people that he now dislikes so greatly would have to stay permanently Halced just to avoid attacks by him. I really can't see how that could possibly be a good thing.

I think we NEED restricted TM use to avoid a repeat of AFluffyBunny. But at the same time, the limit should be higher. If you triple badging and use 1 EMP and 1 Flare per person, you get locked out after only 10 people. That's part of the reason why PvP is, at this point, utterly ridiculous. It needs raised to AT LEAST 100 per 24 hours.

+1 I agree with you on this one, it needs to be reaised not unlimited...but the fact is developers wont do it cause this topic has come up in the past many times before with no results..

Littlefluffy I undertood you the first time.. but you went on talking about wars and how lower lvl rankings would not like the higher TM count cause they acted up on thier logs... (O well they should not be there in the first place...)

All I said was that the TM count should be raised just for that reason then you brought in Mento...

Once again this is a great idea and if it takes in affect I would hate to be in Mentos bad list :P but hey its a game I really hope the developers would actually read this and maybe raise the TM daily count..
