For instance, over a week the submissions from the previous week are voted for and the top say 15-30 get to go through Dan.

Didn't Dan recently hire some new artist, if that person was to introduce themselves on the forum then we could send the images to that person and they could pass it onto Dan if they think it is good enough.

This is a great idea, adds a cool feature to the game as in "Ooo look I made that." type thing.
