Reguards guarding planets.

Location: Trading Post, Normally.

When a player guards a planet, the 3 most powerful ships will visibly appear in orbit of the planet, in the same manner as NPC blockades.
Why:
Visual effects
A little easier for a player trying to take a planet (just click on the picture to go to his screen where he can be attacked)
