perhaps some artifacts that improve base output should be made available. i think that they should be rare and/or really hard to get |

well we have the base abilities, but if this were implemented it would have to be a percentage, a low one too, bout 5% max i reckon. |

like i was thinking a permanent bonus. but i do agree it would have to be a very small bonus to the base. i think no more then 5 or 10% tops |

These should come from a boss NPC yes i was thinking permanent. they would have to be rare and the bonuses small. i like the boss npc idea though |
