How about having only legions with 20+ members (and 100% active ) show in the list of legions, it could direct them to come join the forums to recruit more players that way, only showing the active legions would help with recruiting players to form more powerful legions. |

Not very clearly... This would make things more difficult to actually start a legion. More steps to go through rather than legion search. Instead of simply not showing the legions, how about adding filters? A legion could pick their play style from a list and the filter would only show legions that have that style picked. |

What if a legion had multiple play styles, take COI, they are great NPCers but great planet conquerors too. |
