I'm not going to guess on rarity here, but basically something that empties and refills your NPC and PVP queues. Of course, Nocifer would have a field day with this

I posted elsewhere that it would be nice if you could use unstable wormhole emitters to remove one NPC.

you can spend 5 energy to just attack them once instead of 30 on a warp gate though.

This does nothing for NPCs however.

I meant it mainly for NPC refresh really; whether or not anyone cares about clearing PVP queue, it's not that hard anyway, so probably just something for NPC queue.
