How about the ability to specify x amount of repairs your legion members can take from you whilst you are online or either offline. For example the "Back on your feet, Soldier" medal, what if your one of the few in your legion to have completed this and your not online when somebody else would like to have the 10% boost to there hull. with this addition you would be able to use one of there repairs and gain that boost even when they maybe offline. |
