Post Forum suggestion....
It would be great if legions made a post to let people know if they have enough room for a trade pact ect..Coz i don't wanna waste energy sending requests.

There is this section of the forum called 'Legions'. All legion related paraphrenalia can be located there.

In other words, there is a place and do it there.
