Post subject:  War mode player Debuffs/buffs, and Legion planets.

Basically during war mode a Random roll in Critical Hack or Raid will give the player who has been critically raided or Hacked a Captured effect, preventing them from Hitting bases, attacking planets, pvping and increasing the Tariff on your MP by 20%. 6hr Duration

Wounded Ships would get the Wounded Warrior effect (only available during war mode) at a Random Disabling. which increases your defense by 10% lowers your attack by 20%, prevents use of Nanos, and Doubles your repair cost. 2hr duration.

Berserker effect is given after you kill 10 Ships w/o being disabled or repairing, it gives you +30% attack. 2hr duration

Battlefield Medic Effect, given if you repair 5 friendly Ships in a row with out recently repairing. +10 Hull Increased. 2hr Duration.

Valiant Defender effect, given to a player guarding a planet that has the "Under Attack" status. +15% Defense. 30 Minute Duration.

This would all be in the spirit of warfare, making wars more challenging.


Legion Planets:

if you click on legion base, go to actions. Add a new option called Base Planets. In this option you can scan for planets useing 5 ability pionts. Your base can only scan unoccupied planets, and if you click no that planet vanishes back into the shadows. if you click Yes, Your base will Establish a Outpost on that planet, and you can build Certain Items that vary in RP research like the Base items do and the res you get from that planet is added onto you daily shipments. no cloak nessicary, because and heres the cool part! YOUR BASE CAN DEFEND THE PLANET!!!!! but only the base no one else meaning once the pops down they have to fight your base to take the planet! and once the planet is taken it becomes regular planet battle. and it would look like a miniture planets tab for bases for the over all set up.

to poke a small hole in the planets aspect..
Whats the effective way of it being a 'planet at war'? does the entire legion who has lost the planet, suddenly get it added to their scans?
otherwise the stealing legion gets it and it would vanish from the defending legions databanks.
