Something that was brought up to me earlier (thanks Pony ![]() I suggest two "buttons" located between the Research tab and the bookmark location. Hovering over these buttons would give a full list of all ACTIVE, TEMPORARY buffs or nerfs. In the case of multiple effects from trip trap stacking or EMP spam, have the time show the first one to expire with a multiplier on the effect name. "4x EMP Disruption Defense -10% 23 min" as an example. ![]() |

As an additional tweak (credit to ODragon), when there is an active buff or nerf, the button could indicate with green (buff) and red (nerf) highlights. ![]() or ![]() |

More than enough room at the end of that bar for the icons, but I do wonder if just small circles would confuse players who don't know about them. When you put a + and - on them, I actually thought you meant to make them active buttons, a quick way of adding buffs, like a "use artifact" button from anywhere, but just shows the artifacts that put buffs on. Anyway, dispite the slight criticism on unlabled buttons, I do like this... |

(edit: Image and multiple exclamation marks removed) Because WaveyDavey came up with a genuine suggestion for an improvement rather than dismissing the idea out of hand. I don't find the interface cluttered at all. As far as unlabelled buttons are concerned, how about this: hover over tells you what the button does, click shows the list of buffs/debuffs (sorry if that's already how it's supposed to work). |

Good idea real time saver, especially with a neural interface while npcing. |

Dave, I was kinda ignoring it (that and I couldnt log on for a day). I was labouring under the misapprehension that the 24 in his name was his age, but after seeing a few posts, I need to revise my thoughts. I actually think just the word "Buffs" or "Effects" or something rather than the + and - icons would work. Hover over it and it drops a two column list down. On the left, positive buffs, and on the right, negative |

Wow! This started off as just a SUGGESTION (could be good or bad), and now it's turned into smack talk along with images. |

I agree that it's quite annoying having to keep going back to my ship to see how long my buffs have left. For any attack or defense buff, you can tell whether or not it's still active without leaving your battle tab by seeing your attack and defense when npc hunting or pvp'ing. When it goes down, you know a buff just wore off. Others, such as neurals, shield amp, and nanite swarms, can only be checked by going to your ship. I agree with the idea. It would certainly save time and make buffed npc hunting more efficient. |
