1 npc planets
these planets are unlocked by killing npc's and revealing the location of one of there planets to you, then you must take them over (obviously :mrgreen: ) by doing so you gain special planets e.g. dark smuggler plasma planet or something (not good with names)
one you have taken the over you are given a specials/ rare planetary artifact and you are also granted with a bonuses of any type
these planet
this planet will also be high in certain production

2 smuggling
this artifact allows you to trade untradable artifacts e,g, elevator chassis, ect ect
these artifacts can be obtained by disabling any faction of the dark smugglers guild
i was thinking of a name for it and maybe "dark smugglers pack" would be good

3moon names
little idea but i think we should be able to give planetary moons a name

4home planets
i think we should be able to choose home palnets for our self
these cant be taken over but you still get a greeen for disabling it
when choosing your home planet it automaticly give you 5 plus production on every type
alos maybe some missions related to it i dont know

well i hope u like my ideas

1. Would be nice but then there would be less of a reason to do any planet hunting if you could just disable 1000 npcs so you never had to scan for a planet again.

2. Bad idea, the amount of multis would shoot through the roof. If tweaked would be good though, could be replaced by the GTC if it comes out. Would have to be sure to exclude all ship items: ship bots, prisoners etc.

3. Not really enough moons out there.

4. Isn't that the award for playing 2 years. (I don't know, but I heard it makes planets invincible) Though it would be nice if people could just disable a planet to slow its production down like the invading npcs that blockade a planet. Say that they disable the planet (zero pop) then they get 30% to 60% of the production of that planet for an hour or so.

i tried to think realistic about the npc planet thing and if it is taken into account then it should be really rare drops

also the smuggle pack would be very rare drops from high rank npc

i like the idea of having a mini version of your planet

im not sure about that but i think rifting make your planet invincible
also i like your idea of getting a certain percentage of production

I think the best idea is the first one, and its one I've seen before, but it's a good one. NPC owned planets would be fun, and could also be new challenges and/or offer new rewards.
