We all know its a PITA to keep track on new multiple allied legions or current multiple allied legions, or inform your sub, brother, sister legion who not to hit and such. So i was thinking, we add a new option the the Diplomacy tab called Create a Empire/Republic/Federation. That once created you can invite legions to join your Empire/Republic/Federation and when you do dipolmacy you can have a nap with that Empire/republic/Federation which encompasses all the legions in that Empire/Republic/Federation. You can name it like you would a legion. like Ex: Talon Company and Steel Talons together make Talon Faction. If we want a nap with say our current allies Alpha legion they could form their 3 legions into the Alpha Alliance, a nap between Talon Faction and Alpha Alliance would prevent players in all 5 legions from attacking each other, or getting into unessicary skirmishes. Also when you click on that Empire/Republic/Federation it shows all the legions that are in that Empire/Republic/Federation.

Also another Idea is that with the Empire/Republic/Federation. you can move between your Empire/Republic/Federation without penalty

Was just thinking this same thing would be nice, as I'm sure many alliances may have this issue. I know we do from time to time. Makes perfect sense to me.

I don't know... Seems kinda like a step backwards. Especially the last part, about switching legions withing the empire with no penalty. That can very easily be abused. Dan created the legion system we have now specifically to break up "mega legions."

The whole idea is to make the legions who have formed Empires eaiser to manage their alliances, if i take out the no penalty would that make it better? regardless if its implemented or not there still will be big empires Like Deep space, Stormkyn and any other 5+ legion groups. this ways its just easier to tell who your friends are.
