i got an idea, if you are loyal to your legion you could tranfer a scan to somebody else that's also loyal
you don't have the planet in you databank anymore but in stead it's in the databank of the other player

No, this would make purgers pointless, all any legion would have to do is set up a multi and the whole legion transfers their scans, allowing for quicker scan runs.

You could use a cool down.
