Post Volcanic heat seeker
Just a small tweak that would make some sense, having the volcanic heat seeker get the same bonus from building on a demon world as a volcanic one.

Put it on the volcanic before changing to demon and I believe it keeps the bonus.

It keeps the bonus, but in cases of conquered planets ect it may not have one on it already

we dont need it to work on both planet types, what we need is new artis specifically for the upgraded planets. It really sucks that theres no irradiated/crystal/demon/sentient etc planet types..
