i got an idea, if you are loyal to your legion you could tranfer a scan to somebody else that's also loyal you don't have the planet in you databank anymore but in stead it's in the databank of the other player |

No, this would make purgers pointless, all any legion would have to do is set up a multi and the whole legion transfers their scans, allowing for quicker scan runs. |
