if you cant guard a planet with them on then you cant hit bases with them on....by that i mean if you have anyone on, you can still be hit/disabled.....same should be for bases....we need the task of under-powering our enemies.... |

 I am back!old news, same old story...... been brought up and no one seems to care until it there base that is being attacked.... I said it from day one, it should not be allowed but nothing you can do it is what it is. |

The idea behind the halcs is sound sadly its the players who tend to abuse it, granted i don't think base battle is part of proper pvp granted its still in the pvp family. |

The game should specify which actions you are allowed to do when you have halc instead of which ones u cant. This way new features will be forbidden by default and there wont be loopholes. I totally agree that base attack is an offensive action and hence barred by halc/amp |

Here's the problem with it though make it so you cant use a halc if you take part in a base battle and then all those cowards who always hide behind them will just be taking up space in the game and would have no productive use at all in game. |

Once again this is a topic for complaints. Like Chris said, SOME of us have made comments on this since the beginning even when it wasn't even our own base being attacked. Dan has even stated that it was unforeseen when he added base battles. Seems like it would be a simple fix but has never happened. So apparently Dan feels that it is was it is, deal with it. |

I agree with the sentiments expressed in this thread, that the halc and calming amps shouldn't be usable in base combat, the same way that halc and calming amps don't affect (to drastically) planet combat. you're just trolling halc threads because we uncovered your real motive for wanting KVs to pop after a halc. |

Nah i consider it more fair warning to shivers every time someone comes up with any sentence that has halcs in it someone always starts to rage. For once I'm not going to be the one in the middle of it I'm just gonna sit back and watch the fireworks and see how many people still troll or rage despite being warned.  The only thing I've said about halcs most people agree with, granted darth didn't but then he never agrees on anything  (P.S. I'm a smart ass if you haven't noticed this yet your clueless) |

Halc and calming amps are designed to protect the user from pvp. I honestly do agree that they shouldn't be used in base combat, and I'm glad they arn't usable in planet invasions. I'm surprised that "Smart Ass" is now synonymous with "Failed Halc Troll" Just because we disagreed over KV+Halc Combo, doesn't mean that we'll disagree on everything to do with halcs. |

Everyone remember the thread for the last CAmp/Halc and base combat thread, The Dominion's failed assault on BD, that one was a lot more fun. Most people agree that halcs should not be useable when attacking a base, Dan just hasn't done anything about it so it continues to be used. |
