New CT Lab Artifact Idea !! :

Module Structural Energizer.

Upgrades a "standard" Module by 50% e.g. : Qausi Chaotic Blaster, Universe Proxy Reactor, Entropy Engines.
Maximum 100% upgrade. Not applicable to relays, CT modules, mission modules or NPC modules.

Costs :

200 Ship bots, 500 Repair nanodrones, 150 Mass storage Pods
