I was just thinking that in the CT-Lab where it has the artifacts listed that you need to make a new artifact, right next to the amount that you need, it should also say how many you have.

Been brought up before and it is now as it was then a good idea. Useful and handy but not overly needed.

Well if it is needed or not, if people like it, than Dan should implement it. I may have a rough understanding of computer programming, but I know that to do this would take him about 10 mins. So he can do this and the bigger ideas that he has.

Most likely it would be a fairly easy coding. I think a potential issue would be lag. I've explained this in a few other threads suggesting this idea. As things stand now, the server only polls your cargo for 3 items (sometimes only 2) when you click on a particular recipe. If this idea were added, it would have to poll your cargo for all items for all the recipes as soon as you open the lab. Eliminate the potential for a slow loading lab and I'll give it a +1, but until then, I have to say -1.

What about having it in a little popup when you scroll over it? kinda like how the medal requirements for the battle market items are. Could be either on the pic of the lab item, or maybe when you go over the item it self in the list. The name of the item already pops up there. You would just have to add a number to it. This way it would still only have to do two or three at a time. or even less if its just when over that one item.

The float-overs like you are talking about are only revealing information that is present when the whole page is referenced. It's just hidden until you hover. I think what you mean here is the hover would activate a lookup of your cargo for that particular item? In a way, that would be even worse than one mass check for all items at once because every time you move your cursor, you'd be polling your cargo on the server. Basically putting things into a perpetual lookup.
