How about a week long bidding process where players bid GP and other currencies to go towards there legion total to have there legion displayed on the front page at the end of the week the legion who put the most in will be shown on the front page in game for the complete folowing week. The winning legion will have all there bid spread out (including the GP) to other players by some random selection (Everyone who is online at least once within an undisclosed hour ?) all the losing legions who placed bets will get (half ?)back of what they put in Dan might benefit with more money. players get a chance to recruit and grow there legion. everyone else gets a chance of winning a prize. Higher legion wouldnt really ruin things by bidding stupid amounts because they would already be known well enough that they wouldnt really need to do this. (not usable by anyone in a top 50 legion and must require a 2 week legion loyalty to bid) |

Seems interesting, I like the idea of spread the wealth. Would be interesting if the winning legion got more then just a front page spot. Maybe a boost to production (static or %) for a day/week while their legion was up to the legion base for thetime frame. As you said it wouldn't benefit the more well know legions but I think it would be nice if there was someway to get smaller players or ones that can't afford/ get FB credits to get GP without having to go through all the time to get just a few FB credits by doing a ton of survey's just to be told they don't qualify. Would need something to make it so every legion wanted to get on the front page. Possibly have some runner up spots so that the 2nd place legion doesn't loose a ton of stuff trying to get the spot. Lower rewards for the runner ups. For the wealth distribution I would go with having people who log on that day be put into a pool and have the reward divided up between them (Longer time people have played get first shot at GP as loyalty is rewarded, but have it so that it is only a small chance to get the GP over the credits or whatever other wealth is also used so newer players still have a chance of getting it.) If a higher legion wanted to get the production boost they would most likely pay a lot more GP and credits to get it and thus it would help everyone else as well. Maybe have it so a legion wins it they can't win it again for another month or so. |

As long as that also included the bonus I talked about above, since that would get more people bidding. Don't know what Exotica gives as a bonus but something like that for the winner(s) would be nice. Most likely cut the bonus down for the 2nd and 3rd place as well along with a shorter amount of days on the front page. |

Whats ranks range they are looking for Instant acceptance ? Interview ? |

It could replace the outdated Galaxy News, move the legion announcement to the right under the news and move the bi-weekly mission intro down under the legion showcase that we are talking about. |
