I am not asking for new ones yet, just an idea for when they do come out.

Basically each one is a mini legion mission. Where say 2 people have to use dranniks/emps as a mission requirement to weaken the enemy enough for others to hit. Then another 4-5 actually do the damage.

Maybe other prerequisites like scan a volcanic or gas planet and use the information from that to target the ship or disable 10 flamehawks etc. Something that requires a bit of effort more than just spend 250 energy so you can hit the thing.
