"Withdraw To [Player]" Option

This is an add-on for the commerce bay.
Allows for any player that has the privilege to withdraw funds to withdraw them to another player with-in the legion.

make a withdrawal, buy some kurenite, send the kurenite to whoever needs it.

And that doesn't work if its like 500b that you're trying to give and they don't have the cargo holds for it. Just another option if legion banking is too much to implement. _________________Eh.

yeah that can be pretty annoying. think it would be nice to make credits sendable.
