when a legion Attacks you, an option Appears to legion leaders to Declare war. this allows both legions to attack the members of the opposing legion. or something like that, feel free to take this discussion in a different way, just try to stay on topic |

you select which legion, like with the pacts system except that the other legion does not get to decline it, and to make it peaceful again a pact has to bee signed by 2 leaders from both legions and on the Legion Tab of Galaxy legion, there should be a War? Peace status level |
