If any officers or leaders have a smart phone allow them to see that member request on there phone and the stats on the person ship and if they reply yes they are added and reply no they are not added. It includes there stats to see that they meet the requirements that the legion has set or if they decide to to accept them for other reasons. (or the don't have any requirements)
