When a your own base is disabled, the defender loyalty bonus is reduced to 0%, can there be a artifact that speeds this up ? by 10% or 5% maybe? Obtainable via legion missions that Dan is working on. |

Absolutely not. That bonus is for successfully defending your base. People need to stop taking that fact for granted. When your base gets disabled, you are not LOSING production, you're just not GAINING BONUS production. |

Okay, i just saw that there was Planetary Time Vortexs and planet effects that provide bonus production so i thought i would put this one up. |
