 New Mission Chain/Race

In order to make the artifact suggested here have a reason to exist other than how awesome it would be. I suggested a time like mission which we expanded to a chain.

The end race would have the ability to reduce timers, Daily rewards, invasions, sending items, raids hacks etc by like 10% nothing to overpowered and the ability would be on the same timer as the other races so no way to use urbanize or the other race abilities sooner.

Artifact from the chain might include a cloak mod for ships, and a passive cloak booster for planets, since they would be able to put things out of phase of time.

Gallin suggest the name of the race be "Chronals"

+1 I guess. More races and mission chains are good for me, I enjoy that sort of thing. However, it seems like that race would be liked by a very small group of people. I'm not sure just how popular it would be, but I think ti would be a little on the rare side. Probably more so than Xecti.

I like it, however it feels a tad underpowered to me. A good solid array of professions (Excavator, Fixer, Builder) would balance it nicely.

It could be a new profession in which the timers are reduced and the race has the ability to increase the colony development to advanced (120%) last 5 days has a cooldown of 24hrs.
