Not disagreeing with losing crew members in an invasion I just feel like having a 90 percent chance means you should have no chance of losing a crew member you have done everything in your power to successfully take the planet and your still going to lose a crew member on top of facing the fact you failed with a 90 percent chance? Probably a stupid thing to complain about but it just happened to me and I don't really agree with it. I guess it doesn't matter how much power you have you can always lose crew. :x

Unfortunately, assuming the planet was an easy invade, you only sent 1 crew member to negotiate their surrender. He was bitten my a malaria-carrying mosquito on his way to the capitol city and became delirious and wandered into an alley where he passed out. Local police put him in jail believing him to be a drunk. Due to the poor conditions of their penal system, he was not checked upon and his condition worsened until death occurred. The rulers of the planet, seizing the opportunity of the missing delegation began making preparations to avoid being taken over at all by alerting nearby star systems to their aid. Perhaps tomorrow when your ship returns and discovers the situation, you will not be so confident as to only send 1 delegate.

when organising the away team, don't place the captain, commander and an unknown red/gold shirt together. the red/gold shirt is like a character shield~~ literally o.o phaser fire is electro-magnetically attracted to it.

Kids this is why you don't do drugs . It's all fun and games till you think Billy is 50ft killer gum drop with Micky mouse riding a twoiconrn and you end up shooting him. failing the mission and losing a crew member. Don't do Drugs. ;)

if its a gas planet its simple they had no solid surface to walk on so they fell through the planet.

I put it to you, that the red shirt in question did knowingly and with malicious intent, sabotage the invasion mission by lighting a victory cigar on a gas planet and promptly burst into flames
