I don't know if this subject has been approached yet, but I have been in a case where a leader has hijacked a legion and threw everyone else out. I have recently learned that the legion I'm currently a leader of has had a similar issue in the past. We currently have 4 leaders (myself included) and some of us are nervous a hijacking might happen again.
The problem is any leader pretty much has the ability to demote and kick all other leaders, officers and members on a whim.
The simple solution is to only allow leaders to demote themselves but not other leaders. A simple improvement would allow a leader to demote a fellow leader only if he has gone inactive.
I can think of more complicated solutions that involve majority voting, but those mechanics are not implemented in the game at this point, so I don't feel such a complex solution is worth the development time.

The leader holding seniority can't be demoted by the other leaders.

So any leader can kick all the officers and members but the original leader is always safe.

what i would like is if only 1 member could be kicked per hour. this could help us avoid repeats of what happened with beyond the pulsar and aroarakaehe.

In my particular case, the legion founder has left the legion. All current leaders are new. We haven't experimented to see who can demote whom, but I'd be curious to know if seniority rule applies in general (not just to the founder)
