An item that let's unlocks a random NPC ship design for your ship. Costs Dark Badges. You must be above the NPCs minimal rank requirement to see to unlock it eg: Korteth Carrier, you must be above rank 220 to unlock that design. For mission NPCs, you must have done the mission and disabled all the mission NPCs to unlock its design eg: Kalvium Asteroid, you must've completed the mission with the collecting the kalvium rocks to unlock the kalvium NPC design. |

+1 i like more customization and would love to unlock that rock thingy from lower ranks. |

.5+ It's an okay idea, but it needs more defining. How long will it last? If you buy another one will you still have the previous one(s) you have bought? What do you have in mind for a price range? I think the idea of a random NPC is a bit too much to implement in game, maybe an NPC from a certain faction, or limited NPC designs, say a maximum of 5-10? |
