Ok then, since the offensive version was deemed... offensive, here's taking that idea and flipping it.
Requirements: Rank 5 base, both Base Comm Interlinks and all three Command Beacons, 4 normal space.
Passive Benefits: +5% defense for every battle pact that's at least one week old.
Active Benefits: Aegis Defense. For 3 AP, a double strength version of Dimensional Decoy, but only half the duration. Cannot be used if the regular Dimensional Decoy is active.
*edit* had my BCI and Beacon quantities flipped.
