reduce the 3 races that cool down timer from 40 to 30

have a mission after you unlock the 3 races that increase the resources by 1 up to 15x.
There be 10 rounds in that mission reducing the timer by 1 hour each.
after you complete the mission the cool down timer would be 30 hours.
i don't know what the requirement in that mission to be but same as the mission in the 3 race mission or similar requirements.

NO !!!!
as much as i would like to speed up my timer when I hit talitherian, reducing that timer by 10 hours is not a great idea, lets people get stronger faster, plus its not really all that needed.

If you want to increase the mega of your planets NPC for Purifiers, and Rogue Lab pods, Terraformers, and raid lvl 5 bases n up for Crystals. There are plenty o ways to increase your mega with out reducing a perfectly good timer.

There is also already the medals for the various uplift races, giving an enhanced uplift (temporary mining boost after use), ship design and crappy NPC defence pile of crap.

I want to be able to enjoy and take my time upgrading my planets. Rushing it will take the fun and the thrill out of it.
