we all know how annoying it is when our base is disabled and it takes 10 days to get the bonus back...what if there was an artifact that could speed it up like a planetary time vortex but for bases instead...perhaps a ct lab design or a npc drop....

Hum, I find myself disagreeing with the rest of the room. I think such an artifact would be a welcome addition. I have long thought it odd, from a role play stand point, that you could repair your war battered ship in 5 mins, but it takes a whole base full of people 10 days to get it back up and running. Even planets only take a 5 day cycle to get back to full production after they have been invaded. Think about that. Your war torn planet with massive invaders is up to speed in no time at all? The artifact shouldn't be repeat use like the pTv, but maybe a one time effect that shaves a day or two off of the over all restore time. I give the suggestion a +1
