I think the point of quantum firewall is for them to get no cloak so you could hack then/see their modules and attack them. I hate how the people who don't PvP put a Firewall and don't fight back, wasting a null. Usually I would kill them, but then I thought of a change: Quantum Firewall Trap is only able to be set if you performed an offensive action in the last week. That means people who never fight couldn't use them.

wrong area. should be in suggestions.
the point of it isn't for hitting those that have hacked you so much as a way to put a cost on hacking. If you want to go hack a bunch of people you're gonna have to have a bunch of nulls.

oh wow~~ people have stopped laying into people using Krio/halc combos, and started whining about the firewall now??
as always stated, IT'S THEIR CHOICE TO USE TRAPS. get over it. you're stealing something from them, they have the right to make you waste a null.
-1 to changing the firewall.

+1 to changing the firewall. Fixed that Ryoko. The firewall DOES need changed, but not this way. They should have a decent (40%??) chance to block any theft as well as nerf the hacker's cloak. Really, the firewall as is doesn't really do anything to protect the user.

Good point *is rather tired atm* yeah, a 40% chance to block the theft would be reasonable~ seeing as it's just a payback trap atm~

As darth pointed out the only way the firewall should be changed is in a way that it blocks hacks.

There is no point to the firewall except to troll someone if you don't intend to see their modules or hack back. it has a 100% chance of triggering unlike the other raps.
