Can we have the ability descriptions not spread out over so many lines,there is enough space if the cooldown and the timer is moved to the right slightly.
Shouldn't take very long to change and then we wouldn't have to scroll down each time to check on planetary upgrade timer

And can we have how long the planet upgrade ability timer has remaining show up in the player abilities list.

+1 a cleanup to this section would be nice ..
