Political favour and maybe Stryll mission chain

To generate more Political favour there could be a new Stryll NPC -
Stryll Abductor A mass conveyer vessel used by the Stryll Order to transport political prisoners to more secure prison facilities, they a considered a high priority target by most Galactic governments. Matched, uncommon NPC Similar to the Assassin, but with more hull and defence, but slightly less attack on a matched rank basis. Drops 5 Political Favour, has a 5% chance to drop 10 Political Favour (as this ship may have a more valueble Galactic Ambassador).
Uses for this extra favour -
Migration Fleet Battle market item, 75 Political Favour Instantly maximises the planets population and advances the planets developemental stage, whie giving a 10% production boost to a resource of your choice, lasting 2 days.
and to do a new mission- *Stryll Assets (mission) Following our previous attempts to reduce the power of the stryll order, new information has emerged concerning stryll detection outposts at the borders of systems containing heavy stryll activity. Find these outposts and take them out. Our intelligence agents may be able to help, but will require some persuasion. 20 rounds of 150 energy and 5 Political Favour. Chance of Failure which also causes heavy damage to your ship, only 2 completions to end the mission. at the end of each completion there'll be a battle against one of the stryll outposts.
Stryll Detection Station A small remote outpost on the edge of a Stryll owned system, utilising scanners that are even more advanced than those of any Stryll ship yet encountered. matched NPC, with high defence and hull. when disabled drops Stryll Blueprints, which upgrade either a Stryll Hunt sensor or a Stryll Prey tracker, doubling its scan bonus and adding +50 cloak.
This could possibly be the start of a new mission, as you push into a Stryll system, and could utilise the NPC planet idea which was posted a while back (i think Darth posted it).

It's an alright idea, but the boosting artifact is both unneeded and even a little overpowered when you think how many of them high rankers will kill in a day and how many super planets they have to use the arti on and et huge production boosts.

make migration fleet last 1 day and it wouldn't be too overpowered. the market for political favor will actually arise again.
